Haynes are seeking an Administrator to join a well-established organisation in Rockhampton. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys supporting health and safety and operational teams.
What's on Offer
- Competitive pay rate of $47.00 per hour + penalties
- Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 3:30pm
- Short term contract – 6-12 months
- Supportive team environment
Key Responsibilities include
- Maintain accurate safety records, registers, and documentation
- Perform high-volume data entry with strong focus on data integrity
- Generate reports and track safety metrics using internal systems
- Support document control processes and compliance requirements
- Assist with coordination of health and safety-related activities and communications
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team
The successful applicant must have
- Strong data entry and record management skills, with high attention to detail
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics AX and Excel for reporting and data tracking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to support team operations in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive mindset with strong organisation and problem-solving abilities
- The ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines with minimal supervision
