What You'll Be Doing
- Consult with prospective students and migrants regarding their education and migration goals.
- Convert high-quality leads into enrolments and migration clients.
- Provide education pathway advice and assist clients throughout their journey.
- Learn Australian migration processes under the guidance of experienced migration professionals.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and referral partners.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional client service.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activities.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' experience as an Education Counsellor or in a similar admissions role.
- Strong sales and conversion skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, driven and confident in closing sales.
- A genuine interest in developing expertise in Australian migration and visa pathways.
- Experience with Australian education providers is highly regarded.
