The Role
- Timely & efficient rostering of all support staff
- Ensuring appropriately skilled support staff are matched to clients to ensure best fit for the client & staff
- Support the provision of culturally & linguistically appropriate services to the clients
- Prioritizing work & re-allocating shifts where necessary
- Scheduling, planning & organizing staff workloads/hiring to meet both client & staff needs
- Rostering day to day urgent situations as they arise
- Being responsible for the allocation of work according to their skill set, cultural, experiences background & geographical location
- Liaising with Key support staffs and team leaders to ensure SIL group homes are effectively operating.
- Organizing training for staffs as per participant's requirements.
- Maintain documentation, records and data collection as required and in accordance with the relevant legislation and Inspire Care policies.
Experience and skills required.
- Experience in rostering of staff
- Demonstrated ability to plan and organize service delivery in an ever changing environment
- Ability to work with a high level of independence and autonomy
- Advanced computer skills
- High level organisation and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi task
- Well-developed interpersonal and written communication skills
- NDIS experience
