About the Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Customer Care team in Dandenong South, helping us to create great customer experiences.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Providing a strong customer service experience by providing accurate product knowledge and effectively handling warranty claims
- Confidently talk to customers over phone and email; managing enquiries, service needs and complaints
- Learning a wide product range and become a technical expert in a specified field
- Using your exceptional communication skills to provide our customers and suppliers with the very best service.
