Hunter & Barrel Parramatta is on the hunt for experienced and passionate Grillers to join the team.
Part time role available - 20 - 24 hours.
As a Griller, you’ll be at the heart of the kitchen, working over live flame to prepare premium cuts with precision and consistency. You'll take pride in mastering the grill, ensuring every steak, skewer, and coal-fired dish is cooked to perfection and delivered with bold Hunter & Barrel flavour.

What we are looking for:
- At least 1 year experience on a flame or charcoal grill
- Able to accurately work to standards and recipes
- A genuine passion for food, people and the overall hospitality experience
- A Certificate III Commercial Cookery Qualification is beneficial
- Advanced understanding and appreciation of all aspects of food and its service
- Ensure compliance with all OHS legislation (act and regulation)
- Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster
