About the role
As a Warehouse Supervisor, this is your opportunity to supervise product preparation and coordinate stock movement with Store Supervisors to maximise sales through effective merchandising.
Reporting to the Store Manager, this is a permanent, part-time role offering 20 hours per week, located in Gladstone, QLD.
How you will make an impact

Supervise warehouse operations including stock movement, pickups, deliveries and store coordination.

Prepare and distribute sale‑ready goods by identifying high‑value items and ensuring they are cleaned and sent to the right stores.

Support donors and customers by greeting them at drop‑off points and assisting with unloading donations.

Assist with store cash handling including balancing registers and opening/closing the Gladstone Store as required.

Complete administration tasks accurately and on time, following TSA reporting policies and procedures.

Supervise and support volunteers
What you will bring
-
Understanding of the value of second-hand goods with a wide knowledge on brands and goods.

Certificate in Logistics or Business or a related field is desirable

Experience in retail and/or customer service environment with some supervisory experience is preferred.

Current QLD Driver’s licence

This position requires the physical ability to safely perform regular standing, walking, lifting and handling of stock in line with WHS procedures.
