We are seeking reliable, compassionate and adaptable support workers to join our growing team across the Bundaberg, Hervey Bay and surrounding regions.
This is a diverse role suited to workers who enjoy variety and are willing to provide practical, respectful support based on each client’s individual needs.
The Role
Successful applicants may provide:
- Community access and social support
- Assistance with daily living activities
- Domestic assistance and household cleaning
- Shopping, appointments and community participation
- Meal preparation and general household support
- Respite and companionship
- Accurate shift notes and service documentation
- Scope for admin work for the right person

Applicants must be:
- Dependable, punctual and organised
- Respectful, compassionate and person-centred
- Comfortable completing both support work and cleaning duties
- Able to work independently and use sound judgement
- Confident supporting clients from diverse backgrounds
- Willing to follow care plans, workplace policies and reasonable directions
- Able to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality
- Capable of completing clear and accurate shift documentation
- Available for a mixture of weekday, weekend or community-access shifts
- Travel involved
Essential Requirements
Applicants must hold, or be willing to obtain:
- Current National Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Working with Children Check where required
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Current Australian driver licence
- Reliable, registered and insured vehicle
- NDIS Mandatory Module
- Evidence of relevant qualifications or experience
