Join the Taxi Subsidy Scheme team as an Assessment Support Officer and play an important role in supporting accessible transport for Queenslanders with disability. In this permanent role, you will deliver professional customer service and practical administrative support to help process TSS membership applications, manage member records and support timely payment of trip claims.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing responsive, professional and customer-focused support through phone and email communications, helping customers and stakeholders receive clear, accurate and timely information.
- Reviewing and processing TSS membership applications and maintaining accurate member records in a Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, in line with established procedures.
- Working collaboratively with customers, carers, medical practitioners, transport operators and other stakeholders to gather information, resolve issues and support smooth scheme operations.
- Reviewing and analysing member trip data to support accurate, efficient and timely payments to the taxi industry.
- Applying relevant legislation, policies, procedures and privacy requirements while managing a varied workload in a high-volume processing environment.
- Contributing to a positive team culture by identifying opportunities to improve processes, strengthen customer service and support operational excellence.
