THE ROLE
Our HVAC Service department is looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role you will provide insight and identify competitor activity and emerging HVAC industry trends. Support business growth by identifying new market opportunities and recommending service offerings.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct market research to identify customer demand, competitor activity and emerging HVAC industry trends.
- Analyse competitor pricing and recommend pricing strategies to maintain market competitiveness and profitability.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing objectives, pricing strategies and promotional initiatives for HVAC maintenance contracts.
- Analyse customer purchasing trends, contract renewal rates and market opportunities using Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
- Prepare marketing performance reports and present recommendations to senior management.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve customer retention.
- Assist in developing marketing campaigns targeting new commercial maintenance clients.
- Monitor industry developments, economic indicators and CPI movements affecting contract pricing.
- Support business growth by identifying new market opportunities and recommending service offerings.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Degree qualification in Business incorporating specialised studies in Marketing
- Demonstrated Marketing experience in HVAC industry
- Strong communication & stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital document management platforms
