Looking for your next step without giving up the clinical work you love?
What if your role could include mentoring clinicians, shaping the future of a growing organisation, building community partnerships, and still delivering meaningful therapy to children and families? If this sounds like your perfect role, we want to hear from you.
At Bambini, we're looking for an experienced Speech Pathologist who loves supporting others to grow, enjoys thinking beyond their own caseload, and is excited by the opportunity to make a genuine impact on both clinicians and the wider community.
This is not a management role where you'll spend your days buried in spreadsheets and meetings. Instead, you'll work alongside our Occupational Therapy Clinical Lead in a shared leadership position, helping our team grow while continuing to do the clinical work that inspires you.
At Bambini, we're passionate about creating a workplace where clinicians feel supported, valued and empowered to do their best work. As a values-driven organisation, we foster a collaborative and supportive culture where professional growth is encouraged and individual strengths are celebrated. We embrace our neurodiversity-affirming practice and are committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care. With flexible employment options including full-time, part-time and casual roles, attractive remuneration, customised caseloads aligned with your interests, and a dedicated graduate support program, we provide the foundations for a rewarding and sustainable career. With two great clinic locations in Birtinya and Bli Bli, Bambini offers the best of both worlds, a connected team environment and the flexibility to work across clinics and community settings.

One Last Thing... Why Bambini?
Because work should be more than just a caseload.
At Bambini, we believe great therapy starts with great people. We invest heavily in our team, celebrate individual strengths, and create opportunities for our clinicians to grow into the careers they want, not just the jobs they have.
Let's be honest, most job ads say the same things.
"Supportive team."
"Professional development."
"Great culture."
And while those things matter, we think what really makes Bambini different is what happens behind the scenes.
Being a great therapist is hard enough without having to be a marketer, administrator, scheduler, compliance officer, IT support person and billings expert all at the same time.
We take care of finding clients, scheduling, billing, compliance, systems and administration, so you can spend less time juggling paperwork and more time doing the work you love.
You'll enjoy:
✨ A genuinely supportive and collaborative team culture.
✨ Flexible work options and customised caseloads aligned with your interests.
✨ Structured and achievable KPIs tailored to your experience level & in gradual increments.
✨ Strong professional support through supervision, peer mentoring and performance coaching.
✨ Learning and development opportunities that help you grow as both a clinician and leader.
✨ Competitive remuneration plus bonus structure
Most importantly, you'll join a team that celebrates growth, values your ideas, and wants you to build a career, not just fill a role.
If you're looking for a workplace where you can lead, learn, laugh and make a genuine impact, we'd love to meet you.
Don't meet every requirement? Apply anyway. We welcome applications from new graduates and those earlier in their career journey. This role offers a clear pathway for professional growth, with leadership training, mentoring, and development opportunities designed to help you build the skills and experience needed to succeed. If you're motivated, eager to learn, and excited by the opportunity to grow into a future leadership role, we encourage you to apply.
