No two days are the same!
One minute you'll be welcoming clients with a coffee and a smile, the next you'll be setting up a boardroom, unpacking the dishwasher, coordinating facilities requests, or ensuring our kitchens and shared spaces are looking their absolute best.
You'll become an integral part of our Corporate Services team, helping create a workplace where our people can do their best work and our clients receive an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through the door.
Skills and Experiences:
What you’ll do
Creating a welcoming experience for clients, visitors and employees.
Maintaining kitchens, breakout spaces and shared office areas to a high standard.
Managing office supplies, stationery, kitchen stock and workplace consumables.
Receiving, sorting and distributing incoming mail and deliveries.
Coordinating facilities maintenance requests and monitoring workplace presentation.
Assisting with building access passes and visitor requirements.
Supporting the setup and pack down of meetings, training sessions and internal events.
Providing administrative support to the Corporate Services team.
Helping wherever needed, whether that's running errands, unpacking deliveries or jumping in to support the wider business.
What you’ll bring
You're someone who enjoys being busy, takes initiative and genuinely enjoys helping others.
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
Excellent organisation skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
Pride in maintaining clean, organised and welcoming environments.
A naturally friendly and professional approach with clients and colleagues.
Confidence working independently while also being a great team player.
Good computer skills across Microsoft Office or similar systems.
Previous experience in administration, hospitality, reception, customer service or office support is highly regarded, but attitude is just as important.
