Welcome to Clemenger BBDO. We're looking for a Head of Project Operations to lead our Orchestration team.
The Role
The Head of Project Operations leads and shapes how creative work gets delivered across Clemenger BBDO.
This role sets the standards for the team responsible for organising and delivering world-class creativity through every phase of a project. You'll lead our Project Operations team, developing capability, driving quality and ensuring creative output is both commercially effective and delivered to the highest standard.
This isn't a role focused on process for process' sake. It's about creating the conditions for great work to happen.
You'll partner with leaders across Creative, Client Impact, Production, Operations and the broader Omnicom network to ensure ambitious ideas move seamlessly from brief to execution.
You'll be responsible for building a high-performing team, evolving our ways of working and ensuring our agency remains at the forefront of project delivery, operational excellence and AI-enabled innovation.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll lead the Project Operations function across Clemenger BBDO and continue evolving how creative work is delivered across the agency.
You'll build and mentor a high-performing team of Project Operations professionals, creating clear accountability, development opportunities and a culture of continuous improvement.
You'll develop close and trusted relationships with clients, understanding their challenges and helping shape delivery strategies that drive the best outcomes for both the work and the business.
You'll work closely with teams across the Omnicom network, ensuring the agency is connected to specialist capabilities, expertise and talent whenever required.
You'll use workflow data, project performance metrics and campaign learnings to improve effectiveness, optimise utilisation and continuously strengthen how we operate.
You'll also help define what modern project operations looks like in an AI-enabled world, championing innovation while maintaining the judgement, collaboration and human thinking that great work still depends on.
