Key responsibilities
Reporting to the Quotes & Orders Manager, liaising with the Sales team and steering the Dispatch team, this hands-on role involves loading and unloading trucks, picking and packing plant stock for orders, records administration and coordination of incoming and outgoing greenlife stock.
Additional general nursery duties may include weeding, watering, grounds maintenance and using trade equipment.
The position is full time, working a five-day Monday to Friday roster.
Business operational hours are: Weekdays 7.00 am – 5.00 pm
Plantmark offers a four week induction and training program, with face to face learning and online courses presenting a roadmap for success in the role.

Essential attributes
To be successful as a Plantmark Dispatcher, you will have:
- Adept with undertaking processes and responsibilities
- Commitment to task and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively work unsupervised as well as in a team
- Effective communicator across a varied group of individuals
- Intermediate computer skills
- Positive work ethic, reliability
- Forklift licence holder or be willing to undertake training

Applicants must also be capable of performing regular heavy lifting tasks and be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
