Casual Cleaner for Holiday Apartment Complex. Position required to clean 2 Bedroom and 3 Bedroom apartments after guests have vacated. Involves all duties required to bring apartment back to condition ready for the next guest.
In short, this involves taking linen and equipment from the Store room up to the apartments (no Lifts), dusting, wiping and clearing soiled linen and making beds, cleaning bathrooms, toilets, kitchens and vacuuming all areas.
Hours of work are usually 9am to 2pm, weekdays (incuding Holidays) with occasional weekend work.
All equipment is supplied. Wage is gross and paid for hours worked. Incentive payment for completing apartments in efficient manner.
No guarantee of work each day, this depends entirely on apartment occupancy.
Applicant must be physically fit and able to negotiate stairs carrying linen and equipment.
