Hinoki is your local Japanese grocery and sushi bar in the heart of Fitzroy, Smith Street – Melbourne. We offers take home premium sushi and customise platters for events and other special occasions. We're seeking experienced Kitchen Hand at Sushi bar who can commit to a minimum of 6 months for the following roles, please join us!
Main Responsibilities
- Making Sushi rolls
- Preparing and Packing Sushi box
- Take orders
- Cleaning
Main working day and shift
- Tuesday to Saturday 09:30-18:00
- Sunday 10:00-17:00
Required Skills
- Kitchen hand experience
- Ability to work long-term (Minimum 6 months)
