About the role
Provide advanced allied health clinical expertise within the MHCALL service, delivering high-level mental health triage, risk assessment, and crisis intervention via a telephone and virtual care setting. Support consumers, families, and carers while contributing to a responsive, recovery-oriented mental health service.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Deliver high-level mental health triage, assessment, and crisis intervention in a telephone and virtual care environment
Apply advanced clinical judgement and problem-solving to manage complex mental health presentations
Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and support to multidisciplinary team members
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate care and improve consumer outcomes
Contribute to service development, quality improvement, and research activities
