JT Industries & Co is a local solid plastering and cement rendering crew, and we are looking for an A-player to join the team full-time. We do high-quality work, we don't cut corners and we look after our guys.
We know good tradesmen are hard to find, so here is what we are offering:
- No Weekends: We grind hard Monday to Friday, and we knock off. Your weekends are yours to relax and spend with family.
- 3-Month Cash Bonus: We reward loyalty. Prove you’re reliable, do good work and fit in with the crew and we will hand you a cash bonus at your 3-month mark.
- Real Career Progression: We don’t just want a guy to hold a trowel forever. If you have the drive, we have a clear pathway to train you up to a Leading Hand or Site Supervisor.
- The Basics Done Right: Good gear, solid crew and you get paid your correct rate, on time, every single week.
- Experience in solid plastering/cement rendering
- Reliable transport and a driver’s license.
- A strong work ethic you show up at 6:15 AM ready to go.
- Good attitude on site.
