Dispensary Technician / Pharmacy Assistant (DAA Packing) — Woodend Pharmacy, Woodend VIC
Every week, a few hundred people around Woodend and the Macedon Ranges open a Webster pack and take whatever's inside without a second thought. That trust is the whole job. We're looking for someone to join our dispensary team and be one of the people who earns it — packing dose administration aids, checking them, chasing the scripts that need chasing, and keeping the whole system running smoothly for our aged care facilities and community patients. It's methodical, genuinely important work, and when it's done well nobody notices, which is exactly the point. Alongside the packing you'll be across script entry, stock and ordering, and helping out on the shop floor — so no two days look quite the same.
Here's the part where most ads say "3+ years experience essential." We're not going to. If you've worked in a pharmacy before, brilliant — we'd love to hear from you. If you haven't, and you're accurate, methodical and genuinely willing to learn, we'll train you properly. We've done it before and it works.

Nice to have, not deal-breakers:
Previous pharmacy or dispensary experience
DAA / Webster packing experience
Experience with Z Dispense or FRED
Certificate III/IV in Community Pharmacy
Aged care facility experience

Casual to start with scope for 30+ permanent hours PT
