We are currently seeking a Growth and Impact Officer to join the Growth and Impact team in this exciting part-time role
About Us:
Full Stop Australia is a not-for-profit organisation, operating nationally, but based in Sydney. Our mission is to put a full stop to sexual, domestic, and family violence and to support those who have been impacted by violence and abuse. We operate the NSW Sexual Violence Helpline and a range of specialist Redress and domestic violence counselling services. Full Stop Australia also offers best-practice training and professional services to support safe and respectful workplaces, and advocates for changes to laws, policies, and practices to better prevent and respond to sexual, domestic, and family violence.
About the Role:
This role is a permanent part time position working three days per week.
The Growth and Impact Officer will support the development and delivery of fundraising, partnerships and engagement initiatives that contribute to organisational growth and revenue targets.
The role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with individuals, organisations and key stake holders, whilst coordinating events and initiatives that enhance brand awareness, strengthen sector presence and generate sustainable fundraising outcomes.
- Commitment to and understanding of the provision of services from an intersectional feminist perspective
- Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, communication, sales, or similar, or extensive equivalent experience
- At least two years' experience working within a events, sales, marketing or fundraising environment ideally within the not-for-profit sector
- Demonstrated capability in producing fundraising collateral and/or campaigns
- Proficient use of marketing and fundraising software and online platforms
- Interest in digital applications and social media
- Knowledge of the causes and consequences of sexual assault, family and domestic violence, including the particular barriers faced by marginalised population groups
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Advanced computer literacy including Microsoft 365
- Experience in creating sales and fundraising leads (desirable)
- Experience in successfully utilising digital platforms, content management systems and external fundraising platforms to deliver outcomes (desirable)
- Experience working with donor/customer CRMs (desirable)

Contract: This is a permanent part time position working three days per week. Full Stop Australia offers a hybrid model of working, with the option to work part of your hours from home (where applicable).
