Disability Support Workers – Female (Subcontractors)

Girasole Support is seeking three female Disability Support Workers to join our team on a subcontracting basis. These roles offer regular hours, strong support, and clear expectations within a values-driven organisation.
Available Roles
We are recruiting for three separate positions:
- Caboolture
- Monday to Friday
- 5 hours per day (potential to increase hours if right fit)
- Alexandra Hills
- 3 days per week
- 5 hours per shift
- Forest Lake
- 10 hours per week
- Days/times to be confirmed
About the Role
You will be supporting participants in their homes and communities, assisting with:
- Daily living tasks
- Meal preparation
- Light household support
- Community access and appointments
- Supporting independence, dignity, and choice
You will be supported and guided by Girasole Support and provided with clear expectations and communication.
Essential Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Female support worker (participant preference)
- ABN (subcontracting role)
- Public Liability & Personal Accident Insurance
- Reliable, insured vehicle
- Current Australian driver’s licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Ability to complete clear and accurate shift notes
- Reliability, professionalism, and strong communication skills
