About the role:
At Reservoir Leisure Centre (RLC), you'll play a key role in creating positive fitness experiences for our members. This varied and hands-on position combines gym floor supervision, Personal Training and small group coaching, with opportunities to expand your skills across multiple areas of the facility. If you're passionate about health and fitness and enjoy helping people achieve their goals, we'd love to hear from you.
You will:
- Supervise the gym floor and support members to exercise safely and effectively

Deliver engaging Personal Training and small group training sessions

Design and program creative workouts tailored to individual client goals

Expand your skills across teams, with opportunities in Group Fitness, Reformer, Aquatics, Customer Service and Duty Management

Create a welcoming, inclusive environment that keeps members coming back
About you:
You're a motivated fitness professional who enjoys working with people and creating positive training experiences. You are passionate about helping others improve their health and wellbeing while contributing to a supportive team environment.
- Cert IV in Fitness (or higher equivalent) + First Aid, CPR & WWCC

Friendly, positive attitude with great people skills

Willing to learn, grow, and deliver Personal Training sessions

Able to work independently with flexible availability (early, evenings & weekends)
