Located in the heart of Box Hill, Katori is a premium Yakiniku restaurant known for its high-grade Wagyu, designer interiors, and exceptional dining experiences. We are looking for vibrant, professional, and reliable Front of House Team Members to join us.
The Role
As a member of our FOH team, you aren’t just "taking orders"—you are guiding guests through a premium DIY grilling experience. Your day-to-day will include:
- Greeting guests with a warm, professional welcome.
- Explaining our premium Wagyu cuts and seasonal menu offerings.
- Performing table service, including drink service and charcoal grill management.
- Ensuring the dining room remains immaculate and high-energy.
What You Bring to the Table
- Energy & Personality: You are a "people person" who thrives in a busy, social environment.
- The "Pro" Mindset: Experience in premium dining or fast-paced hospitality is a plus, but a great attitude is mandatory.
- Communication: Fluent English is required. (Bonus points if you speak Mandarin, Cantonese, or Japanese!)
- Availability: Must be available for weekend shifts (Friday/Saturday/Sunday) and evenings.
- Valid RSA: A current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
