Eltich Aged Care Services is an emerging aged care provider preparing for registration under the Australian Government's Support at Home program. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse to support our clinical governance framework and help deliver high-quality, person-centred care to older Australians.

About the Role
As the Registered Nurse, you will provide clinical leadership and support the organisation's clinical governance responsibilities. Your role will include:
- Providing clinical oversight and advice to the organisation
- Assisting with clinical governance and quality improvement activities
- Supporting the development and review of clinical policies and procedures
- Conducting clinical assessments where required
- Providing guidance and support to care staff
- Promoting compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and Support at Home requirements
- Participating in clinical governance meetings and audit activities
Essential Requirements
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 2 years' recent Australian aged care experience (community aged care, home care or residential aged care)
- Sound understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and Support at Home Program
- Excellent clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Current National Police Clearance
- Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain if required)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
Desirable
- Experience in clinical governance or quality and compliance
- Experience supporting aged care accreditation or audits
- Knowledge of incident management and continuous quality improvement
- Experience with electronic clinical documentation systems

Pay: $70,347.45 – $144,962.38 per year
