We are looking for a skilled and innovative Mechanical Design Engineer to join our growing team and contribute to the design and development of vehicle modification systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop vehicle modification systems using CAD software.
- Create detailed engineering drawings, manufacturing documentation, and assembly instructions.
- Design custom brackets, mounts, frames, and structural components.
- Collaborate closely with fabrication and installation teams to ensure design feasibility.
- Perform engineering calculations, design validation, and problem-solving activities.
- Prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs) and technical documentation.
- Support projects from concept development through manufacturing and production.
- Assist with continuous product improvement and new product development initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and/or Autodesk CAD software.
- Experience in designing fabricated, welded, and structural components.
- Strong understanding of automotive systems and engineering principles.
- Ability to create detailed manufacturing drawings and technical documentation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in automotive engineering or vehicle modifications.
- Knowledge of sheet metal design and fabrication processes.
- Experience with FEA (Finite Element Analysis) and structural analysis.
- Familiarity with manufacturing and production environments.
