About the role
This is a specialist, part-time (0.1FTE) position delivering a dedicated weekly Movement Disorders outpatient clinic within the Department of Neurology at the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital (RBWH). You will provide tertiary and quaternary care for patients with complex movement disorders, including Parkinson's disease. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to a highly specialised service delivering advanced therapies, including apomorphine, intestinal levodopa (Duodopa) and deep brain stimulation. A monthly botulinum toxin clinic also forms part of the service.

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Conduct of one movement disorders outpatient clinic per week
Attendance to associated administrative work e.g. post-type letter review, triaging.
Participation in the neurology on-call roster after hours.
