Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join the Air Combat Electronic Attack Support Contract (ACEA) Integration Team to support delivery of the program services for sustainment of the Royal Australian Air Force's F/A-18F Super Hornet and EA-18G Growler fleet.

The ACEA program provides in-service support, sustainment and upgrades for electronic attack and self-protection systems that protect Australia's combat aircraft and aircrew. This capability enhances survivability in contested environments, supports operational readiness, and enables integration with coalition systems and tactics.

- Play a critical support role in the management of the programs operating rhythm and associated reporting activities to support effective project management and meet our contractual obligations.
- Coordination of Risk, Issues and Opportunities (RIO) management for the Integration Team.

- Directly supporting the Integration Manager in preparing briefing documents and presentations for internal and external engagements.
What you'll get to do
- As a Project coordinator you will work with the Program Coordination team to maintain the tempo and execution of F/A-18F Super Hornet and EA-18G Growler sustainment services.
- You will get exposure to delivering your own minor projects that allow you to hone your skills and increase your project management domain knowledge.
- This position will engage and communicate with key stakeholders and senior leaders across the ACEA enterprise to ensure ongoing adaptive coordination of engineering, maintenance and logistics services to achieve operational objectives of the platforms.
- The PM will coordinate commitments with internal and external stakeholders to accomplish strategies for project completion.
Who we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Project coordinator with experience or exposure to risk management and tasking tools.
- Strong and effective communicator and collaborator with a history of working in a team to achieve program desired outcomes.
