We're looking for a National Account Manager - Petrol & Convenience to help drive the next phase of growth across one of our key channels.
Working closely with the National Business Manager, you'll take ownership of key accounts, distributor partnerships and growth opportunities across the Petrol & Convenience (P&C) and Route channels.
This is a broad, commercially focused role with real ownership - ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities and delivering results.
- Deliver sales, revenue and profit growth across your account portfolio
- Build and execute commercial plans with key customers and distributors
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across the channel
- Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and partners
- Drive distribution, range expansion and in-market execution
- Manage forecasting and contribute to demand planning
- Monitor performance and adjust strategies to maximise results
- Experience in a National Account Manager or similar commercial role
- Background in FMCG, Petrol & Convenience or route-to-market channels (preferred)
- Strong commercial mindset with a track record of delivering results
- Confident building relationships and influencing stakeholders
- Proactive, hands-on and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to balance strategy with execution
