Responsibilities:
- Scan and register serial numbers, part numbers, and asset tags into the database.
- Maintain a clean, dust-free, safe indoor storage area for high-value inventory.
- Pre-sort and bundle specific components like rails, SFPs, and RAM into project kits.
- Conduct weekly physical stocktakes to ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
- Pack, wrap, and safely hand over completed rack builds to tech couriers.
- Coordinate delivery, collection times with clients, suppliers, and transport providers.
- Unload, unpack, and inspect incoming client IT hardware for transit damage.
- Generate delivery dockets, manifests, and chain-of-custody tracking forms.
- Source and manage specialized packaging materials and heavy-duty pallets.
- Manage general office supplies, site-access booking slots, incoming mail.
- Assist Managers with basic data entry, vendor invoicing, and customer sign-offs.
Desired Profile:
- Hold a Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent qualification.
- Possess a TAFE Certificate or Diploma in Logistics, Business Admin, or IT.
- Have 6 months to 1 year of experience in office, warehouse, or retail inventory roles.
- Show motivation as a fresher or career-changer with strong organizational skills.
- Bring prior experience handling electronics or working with couriers.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Prove physical fitness to safely lift and move server equipment up to 20kg.
- Match physical inventory items accurately against client manifests.
- Maintain reliability & trustworthiness while handling valuable client assets securely.
- Balance daily office tasks efficiently with urgent courier deliveries.
- Communicate professionally with office visitors or speaking with transport drivers.
- Hold full working rights in Australia with the ability to commute.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
