Nu Trend Quality Homes Sunshine Coast is seeking a skilled Residential Supervisor to join our team! The ideal candidate will be positive, flexible and highly motivated with a passion for accuracy and detail. Excellent communication skills are a must as daily tasks involve liaising with suppliers, subcontractors and fellow employees.
Location:
Brisbane / North / West
The Role:
- Coordinate trades and manage overall site performance of entire home construction process
- Meeting and liaising with clients on site and over the phone
- Managing build time frames
- Maintaining strict Occupational Health & Safety regulation
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure smooth running of material deliveries, etc.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sub contractors and fellow employees
Key Requirements:
- 3 Years’ Experience minimum Supervising residential building of homes; preferably volume
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately
- Flexible and strong problem solving techniques to ensure build process runs smoothly and seamlessly
- Highly organised and methodical in all aspects
- A carpentry background is preferred
- Computer/email savvy
- Current Open Drivers’ Licence
- Team Player
- A strong network of your own quality trades in the Northern Sunshine Coast/Gympie area will be beneficial
