About Us:
The Agostino Group is a proudly South Australian owned company with our head office based in Adelaide. We own and operate 8 Carl’s Jr. restaurants in South Australia and 6 in Queensland. In addition, we operate a growing network of 20 AMPM Fuel and Convenience stores and 11 Subway restaurants.
We currently seeking to appoint several Shift Supervisors to join our Carl’s Jr. team in Port Augusta.
The Role:
Each day will deliver you something different, but your objective will always be the same; to deliver fast, friendly and profitable guest service in a safe and clean restaurant which consistently provides Super Star Service. You will support the Restaurant Manager in training and supervising team members and prioritising tasks to ensure seamless operations are maintained.
Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;
- Training.
- Supervising.
- Directing staff.
- Making decisions during shifts on employee matters and rostering needs.
- Driving company programs and policies to better engage and support co-workers and direct reports.
- Cash register operation and
- Food preparation
The position will require you to work over a 7-day roster being available for days, evenings and nights.
About You:
Ideally you will have experience from the Q.S.R, hospitality and or retail industries with some previous experience in staff management/ leadership roles.
You will possess excellent communication skills with strong conflict resolution experience to which you can demonstrate an ability to delegate effectively. Proven experience in managing competing tasks while being a natural leader who can think on their feet will provide you the skills necessary to be successful.
