About our role
We’re looking for a motivated Civil Engineering graduate to kickstart their careers in our brand-new Geelong office! You will join our graduate program ‘Elevate’, which has been designed in consultation with Industry partners to accelerate your development and success. From day one, you’ll contribute to a diverse range of projects across civil roads and buildings, gaining practical exposure and building your foundations as an engineer.
About you
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have or be working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Have outstanding decision making and problem-solving skills
- Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships internally and externally
- Possess strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Be a team player with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
