End-to-End Delivery: Own the full project lifecycle across corporate refurbishments, new builds, and service transformation initiatives from planning to business-as-usual handover.
Governance & Reporting: Establish structured project governance, manage risks/dependencies, and prepare polished dashboard reports and PowerPoint decks for senior leadership.
Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary commercial point of contact, partnering with on-site operations and Morgan Stanley counterparts to align commercial priorities with day-to-day execution.
Service Integration: Co-create robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), staffing frameworks, and service playbooks with vendor partners to ensure designs are operationally viable.
Risk & Compliance: Ensure flawless adherence to Morgan Stanley governance standards, financial controls, and health, safety, and sustainability frameworks (e.g., LEED or Fitwel).
Data & Insights: Track overall milestone progress via a centralized performance database, providing the Operations Director and Account Leadership with critical commercial insights.
Experience Profile: 7+ years of overall experience, including 3+ years specifically in project management managing full project cycles, financial controls, and commercial reporting.
Sector Background: Strong background partnering with operations teams and clients within corporate services, financial services, premium hospitality, or facilities management.
Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline; a CAPM, PMP, or equivalent certification is highly regarded.
Commercial & Analytical Acumen: Exceptional financial literacy with the ability to interpret complex data, balancing rigid financial requirements with operational practicality.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel (modelling and reconciliations) and PowerPoint, with exposure to ERP systems (Oracle, Anaplan) or PM tools (Smartsheet, MS Project).
Communication & Influence: Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and present to senior executives.
