Stan Kontos Property Group is seeking a proactive and highly organised Property Coordinator
to support a diverse property portfolio across South Australia and Queensland.
Based in North Adelaide, you will join a small, high-performing team managing acquisitions,
sales, renovations, maintenance projects, feasibility assessments, and short-stay
accommodation.
Please note: All leases and tenancies are externally managed (no tenant management
required).
A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle are essential, as regular site inspections and
meetings with trades are required.
About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager and working closely with internal stakeholders including
accountants and executive support, you will coordinate property administration and project
activities across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, negotiate and oversee maintenance, repairs, renovations, and upgrade projects
- Maintain records and track progress across all property projects
- Conduct feasibility research and prepare summary reports
- Liaise with councils, trades, and external property managers (SA & QLD)
- Oversee short-stay accommodation administration (e.g. Airbnb)
- Manage day-to-day property administration while prioritising workflow in a fast-paced
environment
About You
You bring strong property knowledge and administrative capability, either through professional
experience or hands-on portfolio exposure.
You will demonstrate:
- Experience in property coordination, property management, or real estate administration
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing
priorities
- High attention to detail and strong administrative capability
- A practical, solution-focused mindset with the ability to work autonomously
- Confident communication skills and professional presentation
- Strong computer literacy in Microsoft office, Web searching and Chat GPT.
