Well developed Computer Skills particularly MS Office, email and Hotel Property Management system (preferably OPERA Cloud)

Detailed knowledge of use of cleaning agents and chemicals

Good trainer,

Comprehensive knowledge of business needs, financial reporting and productivity requirements

University Degree/Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management

Well developed Communication and Customer Relations Skills

Minimum 2 years similar work experience at luxury hotel or similar environment.
