This role offers the opportunity to deliver strengths-based, evidence-informed Occupational Therapy services supporting NDIS participants across home, school, community and telehealth environments.
You’ll enjoy the flexibility of community-based work and working from home for non-client-facing tasks, while staying connected through a supportive multidisciplinary team.
Our clinicians support participants across the Mid North Coast region, with travel planned around your location, manageable service areas and KM reimbursement provided.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver functional and person-centred Occupational Therapy services
- Complete assessments, intervention planning and ongoing therapy
- Support participants to achieve meaningful goals and increase independence
- Support areas including daily living skills, assistive technology, home modifications and participation goals
- Work collaboratively with families, carers, educators and multidisciplinary teams
- Manage a varied caseload across home, school, community and telehealth settings
- Participate in supervision, peer collaboration and ongoing professional development opportunities

What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle for community work
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A collaborative and person-centred approach to therapy
