Contract/Consultant – Flexible hours (Pick your days!)
Just Living Pty Ltd is an award-winning registered NDIS provider delivering high-quality supports across SIL, STA and community settings, including High Intensity Daily Personal Activities.
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to work with us on a consultant basis to provide clinical governance, care plan oversight and delegation. This is a non-shift, advisory role suited to an RN with strong NDIS and disability experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting clinical assessments for participants with complex health needs
- Developing, reviewing and signing off Support Plans
- Delegating high-intensity health supports to trained support workers
- Competency assessment of staff
- Escalation support and incident review
- Supporting NDIS audits and compliance requirements
This role does not involve day-to-day shift work or routine personal care.
About you
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Demonstrated experience with NDIS High Intensity Supports (compulsory)
- Strong understanding of delegation and scope of practice
- Confident with clinical documentation and governance
Audit experience and previous work as a Clinical Lead or Consultant is highly regarded.
