What you'll be doing
In this pivotal role, you will lead the design and delivery of mental health promotion, prevention, and early intervention strategies for refugee communities, strengthening pathways to care and community wellbeing.
Design and implement culturally appropriate mental health programs
Partner with communities and agencies to reduce stigma and build capacity
Deliver workshops, consultations, and education initiatives across NSW
Develop strong stakeholder relationships to enhance service accessibility
Facilitate multilingual resources and programs to improve mental health literacy

Qualification: Degree in an allied health, mental health discipline or in public health
Selection Criteria:
Demonstrated ability to engage, liaise and negotiate at all levels with key internal and external stakeholders; including government and non-government organisations, community leaders and CALD communities.
