Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Experience with Inclusion Support
- Current NSW Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
- Geccko Child Safety Training
- NESA Registration
Job Description & Skills
· Preferable at least 3years experience working in an early childhood environment, experience with 3-6yo preferred but not essential
· Experience as a Room Leader preferred
· The ability to lead a team and a passion for professional growth to senior roles of Responsible Person
· A strong work ethic and high standard of professionalism
· Experienced and confident in providing a developmental program for children aged between 0 and 6 years with incorporation of the EYLF, NQS and regulations.
· Good communication skills, including conflict resolution and proven experience as an effective team player
· Good documentation skills preferred
· The ability to create and maintain respectful and collaborative partnerships with families and educators
· Care & Safety of children must be a priority
· Demonstrate an understanding of child development and create respectful and nurturing relationships with children
· A drive for continuous improvement
· An ability to learn, critically reflect and think outside the box
