Cashier Wanted — Delicious Dumpling Dynasty
We're a busy dumpling restaurant in 8 Street Harbour Town (Harbourtown Shopping Centre, Biggera Waters), serving freshly made handcrafted dumplings and authentic Chinese dishes. We're looking for a friendly, reliable cashier who can handle pressure and stay calm during our busy times.
What you'll do:
- Greet customers and take orders with a smile
- Handle payments (cash and card) accurately
- Process dine-in and takeaway orders
- Keep the front counter clean and tidy
- Help create a welcoming vibe for our customers
What we're looking for:
- Fluent spoken Mandarin AND high-level Mandarin reading ability — this is mandatory for the role
- Someone who can handle pressure and keep up during busy periods
- A positive, friendly attitude and good customer service
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic maths and comfortable handling money
- Weekend and weekday availability (a plus)
- No experience needed — we'll train you
