We're building a future where support is faster, closer, and more accessible than ever - Whether it's everyday healthcare or specialist services, our team is here with a friendly smile and a can-do spirit. From bustling Gladstone to the wide-open rural communities of Banana, we're committed to delivering world-class care right where people live, work, and thrive.
About the role:
You'll deliver confident, person-centred care alongside Registered Nurses and Midwives, staying accountable to Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) standards while supporting both inpatient and outpatient patients through every stage of their care journey.

You'll continue building your expertise while supporting others, sharing knowledge, contributing to patient education, and helping foster a positive, team-focused culture of learning and growth.
Working closely with the interdisciplinary team and under the guidance of the Registered Nurses and Midwives, you'll contribute to quality improvement, evidence-based practice, and ongoing service development that strengthens care outcomes across the community.
About you:
It is a mandatory requirement to hold current nursing registration through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and while not mandatory, relevant degrees or qualifications are highly regarded.
You practice with integrity and accountability, ensuring every person's rights, dignity, confidentiality, and independence are upheld while contributing confidently to care planning alongside the wider healthcare team.
With strong clinical judgement, you interpret information from multiple sources to provide timely, evidence-based care, using clear communication and accurate documentation to support continuity and quality of care.
You're committed to lifelong learning and professional growth, actively engaging in quality improvement, evidence-based practice, and ongoing development to strengthen outcomes for patients and the service.
