Your impact
Jacobs is seeking a Senior Associate Electrical Engineer to join our Cities & Places business within the Building Services team in Brisbane.
This role sits within a high‑performing team with a strong and inclusive culture, offering the opportunity to provide senior electrical leadership on significant projects across market sectors such as health, transport infrastructure, defence and data centres.
You will play a key role in shaping technical outcomes, supporting client relationships and contributing to the continued success and reputation of our Brisbane and ANZ Building Services team.
What you will do
Lead electrical design and technical delivery across complex building services projects.
Act as a trusted technical advisor, engaging confidently with clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated, high‑quality solutions.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance, strengthening capability across the electrical team.
Contribute to business growth through project leadership, client engagement and work-winning support.

Here's what you'll need
Strong local consulting experience in electrical and building services engineering. #LI-KH1
Proven delivery experience across projects in one or more of the following sectors: health, transport infrastructure, defence and data centres.
Recognition as a senior technical leader with credibility in client-facing environments.
A collaborative leadership style and genuine enthusiasm for mentoring and knowledge sharing.
Commercial awareness and an understanding of the ANZ market landscape. #buildingservices
