Mischief Mayhem is looking for a creative, trend-obsessed Social Media & Content Manager to help grow our brand across Instagram and TikTok.
This is a freelance/contract role with flexible hours, perfect for someone who loves fashion, social media and creating content. You’ll work closely with the founder to plan creative campaigns, stay ahead of trends and help bring the brand to life online.
Responsibilities
● Brainstorm creative content ideas for Instagram and TikTok
● Plan and manage a content calendar
● Stay up to date with social media trends and identify opportunities for the brand
● Occasionally edit content using Canva and/or CapCut
● Assist with post planning, captions and overall content strategy
● Organise content, ideas and workflows in Notion
● Contribute ideas for product launches, campaigns and brand storytelling
● Ensure all content aligns with the Mischief Mayhem brand aesthetic and voice
We’re looking for someone who:
● Has experience managing social media — this can be for personal accounts, passion projects, school projects or small businesses (no formal brand experience required)
● Does not need a degree, but has a strong eye for trends and a genuine understanding of social media
● Has a strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and current social media trends
● Is creative, organised and proactive
● Can confidently use Canva, CapCut and Notion
● Has excellent communication skills
● Can work independently and meet deadlines
Bonus if you have:
● Experience in the fashion or lifestyle industry
● Photography or videography skills
● Copywriting experience
● Experience with influencer marketing or UGC
● Basic graphic design skills
