We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Operations Coordinator to join our growing team and support the day-to-day financial operations of the business.
This is a hands-on role focused on supplier reconciliations, supplier returns, customer refunds, accounts administration, and maintaining accurate financial records across a fast-paced eCommerce environment.
You’ll work closely with management, suppliers, customer service, warehouse operations, and external accountants to help ensure finance operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Supplier invoice reconciliation and account management
- Creating, processing, and tracking supplier return claims and credits
- Tracking supplier discrepancies, claims, and outstanding items
- Processing customer refunds and payment reconciliations
- Accounts payable and finance administration support
- Reconciling bank, and payment transactions
- Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
- Liaising with suppliers regarding returns, account queries, and credit claims
- Supporting external accountants where required
- Assisting with process improvements and operational efficiencies
About You
- Degree qualified or currently studying Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
- 2+ years experience in accounts, finance administration, AP/AR, or similar roles
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience using Xero
- Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive mindset with strong accountability and ownership
Highly Regarded
- eCommerce or retail industry experience
- Shopify experience
- High-volume transaction processing experience
- Supplier reconciliation and return claim experience
- Experience working across multiple systems

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
