Are you passionate about craftsmanship and detail-oriented in your work? We're looking for a dedicated Picture Framer to become a vital part of our team!
Previous experience in picture framing or a related field is a plus, but not essential. If you have a background in cabinet making, art, or design, we would love to train you in the art of picture framing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique framing needs and preferences.
- Guide clients in selecting the perfect framing materials, styles, and finishes.
- Measure and cut mats and frame components with precision.
- Assemble frames using various tools and techniques to ensure quality.
- Securely mount artwork within frames, maintaining alignment and aesthetic presentation.
- Conduct quality inspections on finished projects and make adjustments as needed.
- Keep your workspace clean and organized to promote efficiency.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License helpful.
- Previous experience in picture framing or a related field is a plus, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
