Experienced Barista / Bartender / FOH All Rounder
We’re looking for an experienced, energetic FOH team member who knows how to look after customers and keep things running smoothly.
You may be an experienced barista, bartender, or confident in both. Additionally, we’re looking for someone who takes initiative, stays calm under pressure and brings a positive personality to the team.
What we’re looking for
- Experience as a Barista, Bartender or FOH All Rounder
- Confident making quality coffees, latte art and serving drinks
- Confident making cocktails, mocktails and serving wines.
- Friendly, bubbly and confident talking with customers
- Able to take initiative
- Able to handle busy service.
- Keeps the bar, coffee area and FOH clean, organised and presentable
- Reliable, punctual and a good team player
- Someone who genuinely enjoys creating a great customer experience

About the role
This is a hands on FOH position where you’ll be involved in customer service, coffee, drinks, keeping the venue looking great and helping wherever needed. This position can be casual, part time or full time. We’re looking for someone who can see what needs to be done and get onto it.
