Our client is a Commonwealth entity seeking a an experienced Employment Lawyer to join their Employment Law Team to provide a broad range of employment law and regulatory advice to the team.
The successful candidate’s responsibilities will be to provide legal advice and responding to disputes concerning:
- employment law
- industrial relations
- WHS law
- discrimination law; and
- superannuation law
Previous experience in Commonwealth employment practice and a current (or ability to quickly obtain) Practicing Certificate is essential.
The successful candidate will be required to undergo additional security checks and have a Baseline Clearance.
