We are seeking a motivated, skilled, energetic physiotherapist to join our relatively new, growing clinic on the Sunshine Coast. Offering 15-35 hours/week initially, with potential to increase to full time with patient demand. We can be flexible with starting date and available hours for the right applicant. Both experienced and new-graduate applicants will be considered.
Ahead Physiotherapy was established in early 2017, and treats a range of musculoskeletal conditions with a particular emphasis on helping people with cervicogenic headache, neck and TMJ dysfunction. Particular experience in this area is not essential, as training and professional development will be provided and supported. Our team has a passion to provide excellent services in a caring and grounded manner. We are looking for a like-minded individual that will thrive in private practice and is always eager to learn, and enjoys seeing patients getting better!
We are looking for a practitioner who:
- Believes in providing quality patient-centred care
- Has experience performing clinical assessment, intervention and report writing
- Uses hands-on assistance to achieve client’s functional goals, complemented by appropriate education and exercise prescription.
- is prepared to work flexible hours
- is happy to contribute to practice development (eg. newsletters, social media, referrer networking)
- has Comprehensive Professional Indemnity Insurance
- has current APA and AHPRA registration
- Has their own transportation
- Has the ability to grow, nurture and maintain their own caseload
- Specific experience treating cervicogenic headache, neck and TMJ conditions advantageous, but not essential.
