Job Description: Appointment Setter
Reports to: Appointment Setter Manager
Role purpose:
Convert warm, interested leads into booked, qualified sales calls for the closing team, protecting closer time by only passing through prospects who meet ICP criteria.
Core responsibilities:
- Call warm leads within 5 minutes of lead coming in
- Qualify each lead against ICP: budget range, intent, timeline, fit
- Book qualified leads directly into closer calendars
- Send confirmation and reminder sequences to reduce no-shows
- Follow up on no-shows/reschedules within [X hours]
- Log every call outcome (booked, not qualified, no answer, callback) in CRM same day
- Always available on Slack during working hours
- Complete EOD reports in Google Form
- Attend daily huddles, weekly group meetings, and 1-on-1s with Setter Manager for training
KPIs / targets:
- 1.5 BPH (Books Per Hour)
- 15 DPH (Dials Per Hour)
- 40% booking per answer
- 65% show up rate
Skills and requirements:
- Minimum 6 months appointment setting experience in high-ticket offers
- Ecommerce experience a bonus
- High resilience - comfortable with rejection and repetitive outbound activity
- Native English speaker
- Strong CRM hygiene - accurate, same-day logging without being chased
- Strong rapport-building ability on warm calls
- Clear, confident verbal communication
- Comfortable handling objections on the phone, even from warm leads
- Comfortable working Australian business hours
- Coachable - takes feedback from manager and adjusts quickly
- Self-managed - reliable with schedule and daily activity without micromanagement
Base: $20-30 AUD (based on experience) plus COMMISSION

Performance review:
Performance is evaluated based primarily on the BPH metric. DPH and booking per answer are reviewed as leading indicators if targets are not met.
