In this role, you'll:
Assist with service design activities that contribute to customer focused, multi modal transport experiences
Support research, ideation, prototyping, testing and implementation activities across the service design process.
Apply design knowledge to contribute effectively to project activities and improve design practices.
Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to foster innovation, creativity and problem solving.
Support stakeholder engagement with internal teams, agencies, partners and community groups.
Assist with gathering, analysing and synthesising insights to inform service design decisions.
Support the use and maintenance of service design frameworks, tools and guidelines.
Promote inclusive and accessible design principles to ensure transport services meet diverse customer needs.

About you
Have foundational experience or academic training in service design or human centred design.
Understand design thinking and research methodologies including journey mapping, prototyping and testing.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret data and research insights.
Effective communicator able to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
Understand accessibility and customer focused design principles.
Organised, able to manage multiple tasks and deliverables.
Curious, adaptable and committed to continuous improvement.
Hold tertiary qualifications in design or equivalent professional experience.
