The Opportunity
This is a great chance to step into an Assistant Venue Manager role, supporting the leadership team in delivering exceptional hospitality, driving team performance, and maintaining high standards across the venue.
What We're Looking For

Previous hospitality leadership experience

RSA & RSG Certificates (Essential)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Experience in a fast-paced venue

Passion for team development and customer service

RMLV (Responsible Management of Licensed Venues)

Approved Manager's License

Current First Aid Certificate

Availability to work nights and weekends
